1. Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted under the following conditions:

Request submitted within 14 days of purchase
Course content has not been substantially accessed or downloaded
Technical issues prevent course access and cannot be resolved

2. Refund Process

Include your CodeMasters username, course name, and reason for refund
We review and respond within 48 hours
Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method (Patreon, etc.)

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Change of mind after substantial content access
Purchase made more than 14 days ago
"Didn't like the teaching style" — we encourage previewing free samples first
Failure to meet system requirements (Java 17+, modern browser)
